My name is Avery, and me & my friend Maddison are dedicated mountain-folk in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

During the 2025/2026 ski season, we decided to find the best Schnitzel available on our home ski mountain (called the Garmisch-Classic).

After a Winter season of skiing/snowboarding, beer drinking, and (most importantly) Schnitzel eating, I figured this effort needed to be documented somewhere. Lo and behold – the Best Schnitzel on the Mountain was made.
